My name is Beata Wiggen (Sita Dasjot Kaur). I have a 40-year history with yoga, starting with 6 weeks in a U.S. ashram in my early 20’s and leading me to teacher trainings in Sivananda Hatha and Yin Yoga, detouring via Osho Sannyas and into NLP and Mindfulness, to finding Kundalini yoga – again – a few years ago. And with this “homecoming” in Kundalini I have finally gotten up the courage to teach and share. I want to help women/people feel grounded in the body, happily flexible and strong, and centered in their hearts and souls … at no matter what age. If I can do it in my mid sixties …

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.
